Luna Loofah specializes in premium natural Egyptian loofah products including but not limited to:
Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, natural materials may vary in color, texture, and appearance. These natural variations are characteristic of authentic loofah products and do not constitute defects.
Custom Orders: Custom product requests are subject to minimum order quantities, lead times, and additional terms outlined in separate agreements.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Luna Loofah. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason at our discretion.
Order Process:
Order Modifications: Changes to confirmed orders must be requested in writing and are subject to approval. Modifications may affect pricing and delivery timelines.
Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation without penalty. After 24 hours, cancellation fees may apply depending on production status.
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the quoted price.
Payment Terms:
Accepted Payment Methods: Bank transfer, credit card (subject to processing fees), PayPal, or other mutually agreed methods.
Taxes & Duties: Prices do not include applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees. The customer is responsible for all such charges associated with their order.

Luna Loofah ships products worldwide from Egypt. Shipping methods and costs vary based on destination, order size, and customer preferences.
Shipping Options:
Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery dates are provided based on production time and shipping method. Luna Loofah is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Risk: Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.
Customs Documentation: We provide all necessary export documentation. Import documentation and customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer.
Due to the natural and perishable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. However, we stand behind the quality of our products.
Quality Issues: If you receive products with manufacturing defects or damage during shipping:
Non-Defective Returns: Returns of non-defective products are accepted only with prior authorization and may be subject to restocking fees of up to 30%.
Custom Products: Custom-designed or private label products cannot be returned unless defective.

All content on the Luna Loofah website, including logos, product designs, images, and text, is protected by intellectual property laws.
Our Rights: Luna Loofah retains all rights to our brand name, logo, product designs, and proprietary information.
Customer Rights: For private label orders, customers retain rights to their brand name, logo, and packaging designs provided to us.

Photography & Marketing: Customers may use product photos we provide for marketing purposes. We may request samples of how our products are marketed for quality control.
Limited Liability: Luna Loofah's liability for any claim related to our products or services is limited to the purchase price of the products in question.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luna Loofah, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products or breach of these Terms.
Product Use: Our products are intended for personal care, pet care, and household use. Customers are responsible for ensuring products comply with regulations in their market and for providing appropriate usage instructions to end consumers.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms:
Venue: Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
Attorney Fees: The prevailing party in any dispute shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.
